Asset class dependent
LVR up to 70% (preferred <65% for Tier 1)
60% LVR as non recourse
65% LVR with recourse.
Shorter term option: Typically 3-7 year term.
Longer term option: 15-30 year term.
Rates depending on term length.Interest-only or partial P&I, first mortgage security, full or limited recourse.
Fixed or variable rate, income cover ≥1.5x, valuation by certified panel valuer, WALE > loan term.
Income verification, lease stability, valuation integrity, borrower liquidity, compliance with NCCP/AML.
Funding for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments from site acquisition to completion.
LVR up to 65% of GRV / 80% of TDC
12–60 month term, first mortgage, director guarantees typical.
Drawdown facility, QS-certified progress claims, contingency ≥5–10%, 30% debt coverage for Tier 1.
Interest will be capitalised for life of construction and factored in at app stage.
Feasibility with ≥12% margin, DA approval, builder on approved panel, valuation as-is and on-completion.
