Domenic is the Co-Founder of Nationwide Capital, which he has developed into largest short-term lender in Australia after earning several diplomas. Domenic has Sponsor developed the Young Broker Career Path & Apprenticeship Programme with the FBAA. He has also developed Webinar training programs for Brokers which meet ASIC's inclusion for CDP requirements.
Joe Morello
Joe is the equal Co-Founder of Nationwide Capital for the past 11 years and commenced his finance career at 20 growing the business to be the largest in Australia. Joe heads the New Business department and brings the excitement and tenacity required to settle non-bank type transactions. Joe has introduced over 12,000 brokers to Chifley Securities.
Ilija Zutic
Ilija has completed a Bachelor of Applied Finance & Accounting and has experience from working with a major bank. Ilija is responsible for working with commercial property located in more specialised areas and working with assignments where his qualifications and experience assist with ensuring a quick understanding of the transaction precepts and ensuring a professional outcome.
Glynn Bruce
Glynn started in the Finance industry after completing his Bachelor of Business. He specialises in quick response facilities and is responsible for a database of 5,000 brokers. Glynn has developed expertise in settling many diverse types of commercial loans and has an aptitude for managing client's requirements with a professional and friendly approach.
Joe Costa
Joe has over 3 years experience in the industry and brings more analytical assistance to our credit team. After working alongside numerous developers and construction investors, and combining this with his current Certificate IV in Financial Services, Joe is involved in almost every Chifley construction transaction.
Rosa Petrolo
Rosa has a wealth of experience in finance and marketing and started her career in broking in 2001. She specialises in special purpose commercial assets and is responsible for managing compliance and third party investors. Rosa brings a level of professional experience that sets an exemplary standard in the broking industry.
Felicity Atkins
Felicity is a diligent Executive Assistant who manages the Business Development Managers and Directors scheduled meetings and itineraries. She assists with the running of deals from start to finish implementing quick efficient steps to get the deal settled in a timely manner. AML compliance and knowing the customer checks is also another box she ticks with her proficiency for meeting ASIC regulations.
